Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Looksmaxing mobile applications or website (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions
The Services offer optional paid subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit them, submit content that violates applicable law, or interfere with the operation of the Services or other users' use of the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services provide informational content only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, cosmetic, psychological, or professional advice. Face analysis results are estimates generated by machine learning models and are not diagnostic. Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your health, appearance, or well-being.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
